Ryan Baumann is an American movie actress. Her pivotal lead role in the popular indie Warfighter (2018), led to her upcoming major motion-picture debut in the Michael Bay directed 6 Underground, starring Ryan Reynolds, Mélanie Laurent, Dave Franco and the very talented & extremely popular Adria Arjona who she worked with on the film. She was born Ryan Claire Baumann on October 31, 2004 in Los Angeles, California, USA. With top-billed roles in her first 2 films, 14 year old Ryan is busy creating an interesting body of work. She is best known for starring in Warfighter (2018) as the childhood soulmate of a Navy SEAL who repeatedly returns in his PTSD nightmares... a breakout role for Ryan in this meaningful film with an 8.8/10 IMDb rating. Other stars included Jerry G. Angelo (Artik- 2019; Better Call Saul- TV Series), Isaac C. Singleton Jr. (Deadpool- 2016), Paul Logan (Days of Our Lives- TV Series) and Jennifer Marshall (Stranger Things- TV Series). Prior to that, Ryan starred above-title as "Junior" (the son of Horse Hogg) in The Adventures of Horse Hogg (2016), a short action-film parody of 1980s "tough guy" movies. Ryan's first big break was starring with Soni Bringas (star of Fuller House- TV Series) in the American Girl - Girl of the Year, national doll commercial as the blonde girl who resembles the 2014 doll, Isabelle. That led to being featured in the national commercial for the American Girl movie, Isabelle Dances Into the Spotlight (2014). In the music world, Ryan started experimenting in October 2015 as a pop singer and has performed live on stage at venues such as the House of Blues Anaheim (May 2017), CAP Studio Theater and Garden Pavilion Theater. She is working on her first original song, "Dreamin' A Dream", to be recorded this coming year. In January 2016, Ryan worked with director Mark Pellington, filming a principal role for a new version of a Ruth B music video for her song "Lost Boy" (#1 song on USA iTunes Singer/Songwriter Chart from Jan. to Sept., 2016). On stage, Ryan played the role of Penelope Ann in the musical Bye Bye Birdie at the Fremont Centre Theatre for an 8-show, October 2016 run. Ryan's career started very early. She was in her first commercial at 6 months old, cast as an infant boy in an Italian commercial for Mulino Bianco biscuits. She began modeling just before age 5 in 2009, when she was chosen as the 2010 - 2017 "Matteo Girl" for their children's Bambino clothing line made in downtown Los Angeles. Then later, as a frequent child model, Ryan was featured on sidewalk billboards from Manhattan NYC to Santa Monica CA as the "face" of the American Apparel Kids line. By age 10, Ryan graced the cover of Institute Magazine (August 30, 2015) and its "Pierrot Theatre" feature spread, wearing a dramatic Alexandria Olivia designer dress from their Fall Couture 2015 Collection.
