Roxie Randle is an Illinois-born actor, singer, songwriter, musician, and recording artist based in Nashville, TN. She is known for Gigging & Grubbing, Beyond The Myth, and Wheeler. She began acting in high school, participating in several plays and musicals. After college, she was cast as an extra in the music video for the song "Diddley" by country artist and songwriter Elbert West and subsequently made appearances with West at Nashville's annual Fan Fair (CMA Music Festival). Randle then shifted her focus from acting to singing, songwriting, and music performance, releasing several CD projects independently and playing live shows across the country. She was featured in two episodes of Gigging & Grubbing (BJ Thomas, Andy Griggs), an online web series about touring recording artists and their favorite places to eat. Her music made an appearance in the 2010 documentary, Beyond The Myth: The Truth About Pit Bulls, and the corresponding DVD features an interview and performance by Randle. United Way picked up one of Randle's songs as an anthem and it has been used in online video and radio ads. Show less «
