After graduating from the Humber Theater College in Toronto, Russell acted in Toronto and LA before co-founding Backlot Productions. After selling the company in 2006, Russell moved to Las Vegas. As Senior Producer at Media Underground, he directed and executive produced the series "Living Additions."
