Pierre Brasseur was born on December 22, 1905 in Paris, France. He was an actor and writer, known for Les yeux sans visage (1960), Les enfants du paradis (1945) and Les portes de la nuit (1946). He was married to Lina Magrini and Odette Joyeux. He died on August 14, 1972 in Bruneck, Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy.
