Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada- Paul Oleynick, fell in love with the movies at an early age and discovered he had a knack at impersonating his favourite characters from the Big Screen. Paul, joined drama at an early age. When it was time to graduate school, he skipped his Grad and went to New York to pursue his dream and won the IMTA- International, Modelling and Talent convention's - TV Real People Jr. Commercial competition. One Year later, Paul, decided to enrol in The National Institute Of Broadcasting. After graduating, he auditioned for The Manitoba Television Network, where he voiced his first character Ralph- The Dog which garnished a National CANPRO Gold Award for Excellence in Canadian Broadcasting. Paul, then took on the rol e of Promotions Writer/Producer/Director of which mostly consisted of creating original Movie Trailers. When, A-Channel, Calgary opened its doors in 1997, he hopped-on-board to launch the new channel where he was recognized, this time; with a CANPRO Gold Award- for writing/producing and directing and was also, a CAB- Canadian Association of Broadcaster, finalist. Paul, then was briefly hired by Warner Brothers affiliate out of Sacramento, KQCA, but, had too put the fun in the sun on hold when his green card took too long. Paul, then planted his feet in Edmonton, writing/producing and directing On-Air Promotions for Corus Entertainments Movie Central, but when the company moved to Toronto....Paul, decided to take a stab at his first love, Radio and freelance. Known for his quirky comedy style, Over the course of Paul's career, he has also acted in Award-Winning International Educational dramas, a rock video, voiced numerous commercials for both TV and Radio, voiced a virtual reality game, voiced an International film trailer, co-narrated a Documentary, voiced 3 children's Audiobooks, acted in Film, acted in Shakespeare in the Park and directed two very successful Theatre plays. In 2018, Paul was asked to appear on RVN TV, New Jersey to discuss his career in TV, Radio and as a free-lance Voice Artist & Award-Winning Talent! Show less «
