Norm served 3 years in the US Army during the Viet Nam conflict. He returned to Salt Lake City where he became a police officer while attending college where he earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Utah. He joined the Secret Service and climbed the ranks in several assignments, retiring in 2005. He continued consulting in the national security field at Sandia National Laboratories leading an organization of scientists, engineers and subject matter experts assessing transnational threats to the United States. Norm started a successful consulting business in 2015, and teaches criminal justice and law enforcement related subject matter as an adjunct professor. Show less «
