Michael M. Wartella is an American cartoonist, writer and director known for his work on Cartoon Network's MAD(2010-2014), Wonder Showzen (2005-2006) and Shorties Watchin' Shorties (2004).In addition to his television work, Wartella is considered a pioneer of online animation.
