Michael Joseph Pierce is an American Actor and a 2nd generation native San Diegan. He has lived his entire life in Southern California. During part of his youth he studied and worked with Marie Hitchcock who was known as the San Diego Puppet Lady, in which the Marie Hitchcock Puppet Theater in Balboa Park was named after. He also spent many years studying the art of magic and performing magic shows in San Diego. In his teen years he began taking classes in Jazz Dance, Tap and Disco Dancing and competed in the California State High School Dance Championships produced by David Mirisch Enterprises during his last two years in High School. He attended Santana High School and while there, studied and performed theater and also competed in Speech and Debate tournaments. After High School he studied at the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles. His roles in Television started with appearances on the Soap Opera 'General Hospital' in the 1980's as a dancer in the disco during the Luke and Laura disco story line. His theater resume spans over many years beginning with the San Diego Repertory Theater in 'Mother Courage' with Whoopi Goldberg. He continues acting in local theater today. For over Twenty Five years Michael had been in a management capacity in the Retail Industry in Global Operations, Vice President or Director Roles, and worked for companies such as Rand McNally, No Fear and LEGO toy Stores. He continues to act and remains active in the Entertainment Industry appearing in commercials, Music Videos, Television Shows and Films. Show less «
