Born María Elena Duvauchelle Concha on august 30, 1948 in Concepción, Chile. She is an actress of cinema, theater and television. Her father was Humberto Davauchelle a businessman and Amandina Concha a pianist, is the youngest of five children (Humberto, Hugo, Héctor and Renato).In 1955 the family moved to Santiago (Chile), where she joined the Silvia Piñeiro Company and the Ictus Theater.
