Triumphing over trials is the legacy of Leonard Searcy. Despite the abandonment of his Father and also being a Young father himself, Searcy was determined to pursue his dreams. Growing up poor, he started his first business at the age of 8 providing lawn services, transferring those skills at 16, to promote shows in the Twin Cities music scene. Artist like, NBC The Voice Contestant, Ashley DuBose, the Lioness, Mike Dreams, BDot Croc, and Brandon Trevon are among the roster of his early beginnings. Searcy also became passionate about art, music and acting. Acting became his avenue of storytelling. Searcy's early roles of his acting career in Theater was with Sid Stein in the play "Waiting for Lefty," written by Clifford Oddets. He recently received the role Joseph Le'fluer in feature film "Over There" directed by Steven Luke. Currently Searcy is writing scripts and receiving roles in feature length films and short films in the Twin Cities. He enjoys playing the character driven roles in both film and theater. Searcy also uses his artistry and business skills to help up and coming actors and artist develop their craft. Determined to be a positive light in the lives he touches, he uses his work to motivate and inspire others to use their gifts to change the world. Show less «
