Flew hot air balloons in Houston Texas in the late 1970s. He also was a stuntman and traveled the world flying with the compressed air rocket jet pack, which he wore on his back. In those days he flew for Balloon Adventures owned by Don Wilder and help fly the Mickey Gilley Balloon and U-totem stores balloon.
