Frances Beeding is the nom de plume of two prolific English mystery writers, Hilary Saint George Saunders (January 14, 1898 - December 16, 1951) and John Palmer (September 4, 1885 - August 5, 1944. They both wrote under a variety of pseudonyms depending on their collaborator. In tandem they turned out thirty-plus mystery novels between 1922 and 1942 under the nom de plume of Frances Beeding.
