Born and raised in Johannesburg South Africa Dylan took his first steps in front of the camera at the age of 8 for a local television program.After Dylan matriculated 2007 from St Stithians Boys College he moved down to Cape Town to study Theatre and Performance at the University of Cape Town. During his 2nd and 3rd years of university Dylan returned to television part-time, presenting the television series Which Way. In December of 2010 Dylan spent two months abroad at the New York Film Academy completing the Acting for Film Course.Dylan made his professional theatre debut playing the role of Doug Campbell in Anthony Akerman's Somewhere on the Border directed by Andre Odendaal for the 2011 Grahamstown Main Festival which consequently played for another 10 weeks. He then went on to play the lead role of Wizard in Craig Higginson's Little Foot at the Market Theatre, directed by Malcolm Purkey.Dylan got the opportunity to act alongside Idris Elba in Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom (2013) directed by Justin Chadwick. This was Dylan's first taste of film which drew him to his next project entitled The Message an action based TV Movie directed by David Golden.In 2013 Dylan moved to Los Angeles to begin throwing himself into the international film industry.
