Diogo Savala was born in Rio DE Janeiro, son of actors Marcello Picchi and Elizabeth Savala, and brother of Thiago Picchi. He began studying theater at the age 11 at The Tablado theater school. At 18, he left Brazil to study in The United States, where he graduated in Radio, TV and Cinema, in Texas (Austin Community College) in 1998. He also studied Method Acting on a full scholarship at the prestigious The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, in Los Angeles. He began his artistic career on television as a member of the sketch comedy show "Sub Brilliant Television", on the Austin Access TV Channel, and later as a TV host for E! Entertainment Television on shows such as "Coming Attractions ", "Wild on Rio!" and "FYE!"In 2007 he returned to Brazil decided to focus on his acting career. His first work on Brazil television was in "Amor e Revolução", in which he gave life to the role of Father Bento. He is on the air in "Cara in Coragem", by Globo. Show less «
