Christopher Newman was born on April 25, 1955 in Tripoli, Lebanon. He is an assistant director and producer, known for Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (1983), Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999) and Love Actually (2003).
