"Big Chris" Smith has earned his nickname from reaching 6'9" tall as a teenager and has stuck fast! He has been interested in cars his whole life, not only racing them, but also procuring and selling them to collectors around the world. After an early life spent in Singapore, Chris moved back to London UK with his family, and joined his father's construction company specializing in English, and National Heritage conservation on buildings that were 100 + years old. When Chris wasn't helping preserve Grade 2 listed buildings he would also work as a Security Specialist at nightclubs and offer Close Protection to Private Clientele. After 16 years in construction, he decided he wanted to pursue his love, special interest vehicles. He founded "East Coast Muscle Cars" in 2008 in the United Kingdom and went on to supply Europe some of the most desirable vehicles around, whether procured nearby, or any other country around the world. Global shipping and logistics became a specialist bi-product for Chris, and led him into Import and Export more heavily. Chris also found a niche in his marketing services to represent mainly US automotive companies, and take them further around the globe helping them to increase their yield.Chris acted as the European Representative for a well-known United States based Collector Car Auction House in 2010, helping with inspection and authentication of rare marques. Journalism attracted Chris to many racetracks and events with much work published in Europe and the US, with a permanent move to the United States happening in 2016.After appearing on the Discovery Network with the show "Fast N Loud" since Season One, Chris's friendship with Richard Rawlings and Dennis Collins led to a partnership with Dennis, again with collector cars in procurement and placement. In 2019 Chris formed "Mr. Smith LLC," a company designed with the purpose of helping automotive businesses in need of marketing strategies and media solutions.
