Charlie is country singer and songwriter. This Mississippi native has been recognized by the Mississippi senate in 1999 for his musical accomplishments at such a young age. He was in a band named KingBilly playing the mandolin. In 2012 the band broke up and everyone went onto solo careers. He also has an album called Rubberband.
