Camilla Walker (Doctor) was born in Queenstown, Eastern Cape, and grew up on an isolated farm for most of her childhood, where she spoke Xhosa before English. She studied at University of Natal/Pietermaritzburg, graduating with Bachelor of Art with majors in Psychology and Afrikaans Nederlands. Her career began as a production secretary for the SABCTV, then as an assistant producer for TV. She then joined SABC Radio, becoming a Specialist Production Manager for Ukhozi FM (Radio Zulu) and subsequently joined Group Africa Marketing. She was a television presenter on SABC1 Simunye, a Sports presenter on Mabaleng and also co-presented a Parliamentary series with Bob Mabena. She currently does corporate videos, and acts as master of ceremonies for company launches and various other events.Camilla is married and is the mother of two boys. Show less «
