Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Arne moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba in the early '90s and has made his living there acting in film, TV and on stage for 28 years. Known for intensity and physicality, Arne has appeared in over thirty film/TV projects shot in Winnipeg. He battled a squid in "Eye of the Beast" (2007), got crushed in a collapsing mine in "Ice Road" (2021), got blinded by an explosion in "The Hitman Never Dies" (2017), got shot for torching a building in "Tales From the Hood 3" (2020), and, infamously, shot Winnie the Pooh in "A Bear Named Winnie" (2004).
